Egypt’s Engineering Consulting Bureau (ECB) has contracted with Misr Italia Properties to manage and supervise the development of IL Bosco City project in Mostakbal city.
Dr. Mohamed Abdel Ghany founder and head of the ECB shared that ECB has started its fruitful cooperation with Misr Italia Properties since 2014, since then both parties have collaborated on more than 8 projects revolutionizing the Development sector in Egypt.
Abdel Ghany disclosed that the continuous cooperation between the two companies in more than one project is an indicator of the quality and excellence of services and work ECB provides to its clients.
He further stated that ECB is keen in prioritizing its customers’ interest, while harnessing all the bureau’s resources and expertise in achieving the vision of the customer and success of projects.
Abdelghany added that IL Bosco City is an integrated residential compound in Mostakbal City, with a total investment worth EGP 22bn, he pointed out that Misr Italia directs EGP 800m of investments into the project during the current year.
In this context, Eng. Mohamed Hani Elassal and Eng. Mohamed Khaled Elassal, CEOs and Managing Directors of Misr Italia Properties, expressed their gladness to contract with the ECB once again, they further assured the confidence of Misr Italia Properties in the quality and value of what ECB will provide for IL Bosco City project in New Cairo.
They added that Misr Italia Properties is constantly choosing expert entities in the industry to develop projects with an outstanding and quality developments, in the interest of the company and worthy og its current and future customers.
IL Bosco City development is situated on 268 acres, and comprises various units between villas, twin houses, townhouses, and apartments with a total of 6,000 housing units. Moreover, the compound includes a commercial district, mixed-use buildings, a social club, serviced-apartments, a school, a cultural Centre and a medical Centre. The masterplan and design were developed by Callison RTKl and DMA. The project phase 1 is scheduled to begin handing over to clients starting 2024, according to Abdel Ghany
Abdelghany stated that the ECB takes pride in its success in completing negotiations on a large number of projects in the first quarter of this year in various disciplines and projects, owned by public and private sectors, to be announced soon.
He pointed out that the urban development currently being implemented by the Country guarantees investment opportunities for all serious and interested organizations.
