Arab Engineers for Real Estate Deveolpment company announced launching the second phase of “Paradise 1” and “Paradise 2” projects with targeted sales 250 million pounds, besides contracting with “Property Gate” to be responsible for the development and marketing management and sales for the two projects, with total areas 9,000 square meters for the project.
Engineer Ahmed Aboudaoud Chairman of Arab Engineers for Real Estate Deveolpment , said that both Paradise projects are commercial malls located in a distinguished location in El Shorouk City, where all services are available, in addition to the availability of units ready for immediate delivery, which reliefs the client seeking ready units for delivery, especially within the current challenges that affect implementation and delivery.
He assured that the mall is distinguished as being the only commercial center on the third main axis in El Shorouk City, which links it to the New Administrative Capital, Suez and Ismailia roads and New Heliopolis City, and overlooks “Sodic East” project, owned by SODIC, in the entrance to the region’s best villas compound.
The mall is also characterized by overlooking a major axis, and surrounded by the highest population density in the city, as it is in the middle of future housing, cooperative housing and youth housing, as the genius of the site lies in its close proximity to “Madinaty” and “New Heliopolis”.
