El Mansour Development achieves its targeted sales during its participation in Al Ahram Aqari Real Estate exhibition
Ahmed Abdel Rasoul, El Mansour Development Cheif Commercial Officer, said that the company’s pavilion at the exhibition witnessed a strong turnout from clients and visitors to learn about the company’s projects and choose from them, as the diversity and excellence of the participating projects contributed in attracting many clients and capturing their interest.
He showed that the company participated in the exhibition with a portfolio of various projects, most notably was “Makany” project, which is an integrated residential compound in Katameya, located on an area of 20,795 square meters, which includes a package of integrated and diverse services, in which the company takes into account all the needs of clients and provides them with the highest level of quality.
He pointed that the company succeeded in attracting clients’ interest, especially with the offer of payment facilities and distinctive systems offering installment up to 120 months for the presented residential and 100 months for commercial units, in addition to providing distinctive units characterized by modern excellence and integrated services for these units.
He added that the company provides new services in its projects, including uplife style, which concentrates on providing new services to clients on the roof of the building and exploiting it in a distinctive and unprecedented way, as the company focuses on providing unique designs that take into account the clients needs, and providing distinguished services, based on serious studies for the market and client needs in residential and commercial units.
He added the company succeeded in achieving strong sales in “TRUE GATE” project, which is a residential and commercial complex, in Nasr City with an area of 5,000 square meters, and “9yard” Bussniess Hub project in Mokattam, which includes commercial, administrative, medical, with integrated services, in addition to 3 residential floors, and the commercial units areas vary between 39 and 140 meters, and the administrative and medical units vary between 56 and 180 meters.
He pointed that the project is distinguished by its presence in the heart of Mokattam, which takes the state’s attention, as part of the government’s plan to become a touristic district and develop El Hadaba El Wosta area and the roads leading to Mokattam, which will make the project in the heart of an attracting area for investors and clients.
