Capriole Development: 85 percent of LINX construction in the Administrative Capital Completed
In a sign of its efforts to complete the group’s policy that aims to accomplish unprecedented rates of construction at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Capriole announced it had achieved 85 percent of the total construction works of the “LINX” complex.
Capriole is currently finishing the project’s external facades, as well as the electromechanical works, as part of its quest to complete the project ahead of schedule.
Capriole group was among the first companies to implement President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to implement at least 30 percent of the projects’ construction works before the start of selling and marketing them. Therefore, the company managed to achieve the highest implementation rates even during times of economic challenges due to the high costs caused by the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
The Capriole group affirmed its commitment to offering the project units at competitive prices despite the significant price increase of the raw materials. The group is also keen on marketing the units which it has already started implementing to maintain credibility.
Capriole indicated that new methods of construction and finishing works will be introduced to keep pace with the latest global changes in the construction market and sustainability trends by using raw materials for the first time in Egypt. “These mechanisms are an added value to the building and to the real estate sector as a whole,” it revealed.
According to the group, an advanced system is being adopted in the field of green architecture and environment preservation that depends on several criteria, including hygienic methods for waste disposal and recycling, types of glass that do not reflect heat in order to maintain appropriate temperatures for rooms and reduce the use of air conditions, as well as high-speed elevators to save time. The project has various entrances, where the medical entrance differs from the administrative and commercial ones, allowing more privacy and reducing overcrowding.
Capriole revealed that “50 percent of the roof area has been allocated to convert solar energy into electric one, while taking into consideration that all the units would overlook water fountains and green areas.”
The LINX’s parking area can host 305 cars. The project is distinguished by its location as it has three main facades viewing; the axes of Al-Amal, Zayed, the iconic tower, in addition to a green facade.
The company voiced its keenness on providing all the requirements of multinational companies and international brands, as they are the company’s target which is considered very selective of its clients. There will be a huge meeting room to accommodate 450 people and is going to be available to all project’s clients.
The total area of “LINX” complex is 7,635 meters. It comprises commercial, administrative, and medical complexes. It consists of 12 floors, including two basements, 51 commercial units on the ground and first floors, whereas, from the second to the ninth floor, there are administrative and medical units, which will be delivered fully finished and air-conditioned.
