Concept Developments delivers phase 1 of Siela north coast
Concept Developments announced the delivery of Phase 1 units of “Siela”, their project in North Coast, with a total of 215 units with various areas, as part of the company’s plan to maintain the confidence of its clients and support its credibility and commitment to the real estate market.
Eng. Ehab Aboelmagd, Chairman of Concept Developments, said that the project’s first phase includes chalets with areas ranging from 50 meters to 120 meters, which meets the needs of a large sector of clients, as this phase includes integrated services that insures a Special vacation for clients.
He added that the phase includes a swimming pool along the entire phase, a children’s pool, kids’ area, a projector cinema and a natural sea beach for the owners, by which services they assure a joyful and entertaining vacation for clients in phase 1.
He explained that Siela project built over 10 acres, and includes about 600 units, in addition to a commercial part and entertainment activities, the project includes chalets starting from 50 sqm to 120 sqm, in addition to a variable package of services including artificial sea, a waterfall, a dancing fountain, commercial center and aquapark.
He pointed that work is being carried out in the project’s second and third phase according to a specific plan, so that delivery and operation are done according to the dates agreed upon with clients, according to the highest level of quality and luxury, provided that the finishing are completed in each residential building and the facilities are connected to it and delivered to clients and thus the possibility of use due to the availability of services, landscape and swimming pools in the project.
He assured that North Coast witnesses a strong demand from clients during the summer season, especially with the availability of services in the region and the inauguration of roads that facilitate access to it, in addition to the growth in the movement of construction and implementation in the new Al-Alamein, which will achieve the state’s plan to operate that region throughout the year and not only during summer time.
