Al Naser Developments celebrates the opening of its new headquarters and the start of excavation works in its second project in the New Administrative Capital
In a new step of success, Al Naser Developments- one of the leading companies in real estate field-, celebrated the opening of its new headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, as the first real estate developer to move to work completely from the New Administrative Capital, in support to the state’s plans and moves to transfer the government to the new administrative capital.
The company announced the start of excavation works in its new project “Golden Tower 2″, which is its second one in the New Administrative Capital, confirming the company’s commitment and credibility with its clients, and its strong presence in the Administrative Capital market.

Ahmed Al-Tabbakh, Al-Nasser General Manager, said that the company is fully confident in the project of the new administrative capital, and we are working to support and share the state’s plans for urban expansion and inauguration of fourth-generation cities, thus the company took the lead in moving to its new headquarters in the Capital and working entirely there.
He assured that excavation works started in their new project ” Golden Tower 2″, among the company’s strategy to work on the ground, as implementation and commitment with clients are on the top of its priorities, indicating that the project is in the most prestigious area in the capital MU 23(commercial-administrative- medical), fully furnished, which is regarded as the most important investment site, on Al-Amal axis and overlooking three main axes and near the Sports City, the German University, and the project on an area of 6,000 meter with investments nearly one billion pounds.
Engineer Lorna Al Maghazi, Al-Nasser Head of Operations Sector, said that the company’s new headquarters is located in “Golden Tower 1” project, the first multi-use project in MU 23 zone, and in a more distinguished location, on Al-Amal axis and overlooking three main axes near the Sports City, the German University, and the project is located on an area of 3 thousand square meters.
She added that the new headquarters of the company is fully equipped on the highest level to facilitate the work of all employees, receive clients and meet all their needs and desires, pointing that the New Administrative Capital is a dream that has turned true among the construction boom that it is witnessing and has succeeded in attracting the world’s attention.
She indicated that Al-Nasser Company is working to increase and develop its investments in the Egyptian market with a patriotic motive, and to benefit from the promising investment opportunities that the New Administrative Capital enjoys.
