«Rekaz Developments» launched its latest project in Hurghada. The project «LAZULI» costs 250 million pounds. The launch event took place at Hurghada with the presence of Rekaz’s CEO, employees, clients, and brokers.
Eng. Tamer Bakeer «Rekaz Developments» CEO stated that the developments which implemented by the government across the whole country provides real investment opportunities, besides, the developments over coastal cities and the state plan to activate those cities all over the year which attracts the investors and clients to these cities.
He added that «LAZULI» is an integrated residential touristic project located on 40.000 meters, and the company aims to implement distinctive projects in all its details, starting with choosing the project location, and an innovative architectural design that provides luxury and privacy to its client’s, referring to the company’s plan to deliver uniqueness to its current and targeted clients all over Egypt & globally.

He clarified that the company offers various flexible payment plans that satisfy all clients, which include a plan of paying a 10% down payment and the rest as equal installments over 5 years, or a 20% down payment and the rest as equal installments over 6 years, confirming that those plans have been carefully studied to ensure a balance between the company’s financial situation and the target client’s affordability.
