Misr Alhurra Developments launches the second phase of “PMC-DISCOVERY Mall” project in the New Administrative Capital
Misr Alhurra Developments Company, launched the second phase of its pioneer and distinctive project PMC-DISCOVERY MALL in the New Administrative Capital, after its success in marketing the first phase in record time, given the excellence of all the project’s components.
Hamada Salah, Misr Alhurra Managing Director, said that the New Administrative Capital is a promising national project, and the company decided to direct its investments towards it, as it is a smart and sustainable city that makes it a global project on Egyptian land, showing that the company owns a land portfolio in the administrative capital on which the company plans to implement various projects.
He added that the company launched its first project in the Administrative Capital “PMC-DISCOVERY Mall”, which is a commercial, administrative and medical project, located in MU23 districton an area of 4415 meters and a building area of 37 thousand meters, and the project was developed by the company’s engineering sector, and it is located in a special place in the central services area MU23, in the most previleged plot number H3, where it overlooks Al Amal axis on one side.
He pointed that the project includes 3 basements, ground and 8 floors, classifies as ground, first and second floors are dedicated to international brands, and the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors are clinics and medical centers, and the seventh and eighth floors are dedicated to administrative offices, and the areas of commercial units range from 47 meters up to 212 meters, and for medical and administrative areas renges between 47 and 188 meters.
He added that the project is distinguished by the presence of electric elevators, escalators and a dancing fountain in the middle of the restaurants area, with the largest advertising screen on the mall facade to serve the owners, with a width of 60 meters and 2 meters height, with central air conditioning (VRF), central receiver and surveillance cameras inside and outside the mall, and high-speed internet, and garages.
He noted that the company focuses in its projects on the foreign client, not the local client only, which aligns with the state’s plan in the file of exporting real estate, bringing the Egyptian real estate to globalization and providing hard currency to the state, pointing that exporting Egyptian real estate has become a priority for all companies that implement distinctive real estate products.
He assured that the state’s expansion in the implementation of new cities, and the implementation of new products by real estate companies capable of global competition, have become factors that contribute in supporting the government’s plans to export real estate abroad, and expansion in marketing the projects outside Egypt, pointing that global competition increases and pushes the companies innovation, to work in a non traditional way that matches international standards in real estate development field.
