Mountain View has announced the remarkable sales success of the first phase of ALIVA in Mostakbal City, surpassing EGP 32 billion just a few days after its launch. ALIVA’s sales within days have matched the sales of key projects in Mostakbal City throughout 2021 and 2022, affirming Mountain View’s leading position in introducing new concepts altering the commonly-known ‘city living’ lifestyle and offering added value to distinctive destinations like Mostakbal City. The launch of ALIVA stands as the Company’s largest in terms of sales percentage.
