Marota Developments succeeds in obtaining 3 ISO certificates for Mastro New Capital
We seek to offer a real estate product meets the highest international standards, says Mohamed Elsherif
The project covers an area of 5,250 sqm with investments nearby to EGP 800m
Marota Developments, one of the leading real estate development companies, announced obtaining three new ISO certificates to comply with a number of international standards for its Mastro project in New Administrative Capital.
Head of the marketing at Marota Developments Mohamed Elsherif said that the company, in a precedent, is the first in local real estate market and in the New Administrative Capital in particular in obtaining three new ISO certificates.
Elsherif added that the first certificate is the ISO 45001 to conform to international standards of occupational safety and health management system for the project site. The main objective of the ISO 45001 standard is to increase safety rates in workplace, minimize safety problems, eliminate risks, demonstrate the company’s responsibility in this regard as well as maintain employee motivation who are the most valuable assets of the organization.
He added that the company also obtained the ISO10002 to match standards of quality management and customer satisfaction. The goal of the ISO 10002 standard is to achieve the operational efficiency of the project, adopt customer-focused approach, and involve employees in training on customer service.
He elaborated that integration of the ISO10002 standard with the ISO 9001 standard to raise efficiency and effectiveness, follow-up and continuously improve process of dealing with complaints to satisfy customers.
Elsherif disclosed that the company obtained a third certificate, which is ISO 9001to match the standards of quality management systems in real estate development and investment sector, and it is related to the application of quality standards in all operations and activities to raise the institution’s ability to provide services and products with high quality.

Additionally, Marota has contracted with Sabbour Consulting office to supervise the construction of Mastro project, in addition to Raef Fahmy as general consultant who won the award for the best architect in the Middle East, Benaa Consulting Group as construction designer, and Hany Tawfik Consulting Office (HTCO) as electromechanics designer.”
Marota Developments is a partnership between Egyptian businessman Tarek Khalil and Syrian businessman Ayman Al-Ghafir.
