Marota Developments negotiates with international companies to manage and operate “Mastro” New Capital
Marota Developments, one of the leading real estate development companies, announced that it had started negotiations to contract with one of the international leading companies to manage and operate “Mastro” project in the New Administative Capital.
Both Tariq Khalil and Ayman El Ghafir, owners and founders of Marota Developments stated that the company is targeting to achieve “Mastro” project in its best form and get the highest investment returns, so they are seeking to cooperate with major local and international specialized companies.
Tariq Khalel said that the company reviewed a long list of companies specialized in management and operation and the project will be assigned to the best one of them, according to the highest international standards and specifications, as well as developing an operational strategy that ensures raising the investment value of the project units, managing and operating the project as a whole.
He added that “Mastro” is a completely commercial project, on total area 5250 meters with investments approaching 800 million pounds.
He stated that the current time is the best time to invest and buy real estate, before applying the new price increases, which are expected to be announced during the beginning of 2022, as a result of the inflationary wave witnessed by the global markets and its impact on the prices of building and construction requirements, and thus real estate prices.
Ayman El-Ghafir said that Marota keens to choose the best partners to work together, aiming to provide a well distinguished product that applies the customers’ demands, and to represent a strong addition to the Administrative Capital market in particular and the Egyptian market in general.
He added that the company is working according to a strategy aiming to enhance its investments in the real estate market, and to keep paced with the latest developments in the world in construction and real estate development field.
El Ghafir expected that the administrative capital will witness an unprecedented urban boom very soon, in conjunction with the government’s plans to move to its new headquarters in the governmental district in the capital.
