Dubai to host “the Egypt 2030” exhibition on febrauary 18-20
Khaled Abdel Rahman: Dubai edition is the first as we have a plan to spread in Gulf countries during 2022
The exhibition will be hosted in the largest hall in Dusit Thani Dubai Hotel including more than 30 Egyptian real estate developers
As part of supporting the state’s plans to export real estate and promote giant national projects abroad, “AL Etegah Al Awal” company announced launching the”Egypt 2030″ exhibition in Dubai, with participation of more than 30 Egyptian real estate companies till now.
Khaled Abdel Rahman,the CEO of Etegah Al Awal, said that the exhibition will be launched on February 18, and will witness a wide participation of companies that aim to reach Egyptian customers living abroad or Gulf people, stressing that the exhibition will provide distinctive elements and various services to the participating companies, and to the targeted customers.
He added that the exhibition, which will be hosted by the largest hall at Dusit Thani Dubai Hotel from 18-20 February, will be the best platform for Egyptian companies to review their projects in all new cities, whether residential coastal, commercial, administrative or medical units, which provide the highest investment return.
He added that the launching of the “Egypt 2030” exhibition aligns with Egypt’s vision 2030, which is based on comprehensive urban expansion and the development of new urban communities, and introducing to the world the development volume Egypt is witnessing, pointing out that this comprehensive development provides various investment opportunities for all companies.
He added that the development volume that Egypt is currently implementing encourages many Egyptians working abroad to return to their country, buy a property and settle there, as well as encourages many Gulf clients to invest in the Egyptian market, adding that “Egypt 2030” exhibition’s first launching will be from Dubai to move on afterwards to a number of other Gulf countries, as “AL Etegah Al Awal” company has a strong plan to spread in most of the main export markets, in order to help real estate companies to open new markets.
He stressed that exporting Egyptian real estate requires concentrated efforts from both public and private sectors to promote Egypt as a destination for clients looking for world class real estates, pointing out that the state has taken serious steps in the real estate export file, by participating in “Mipim” exhibition in France, and recently in Egypt’s pavilion at the “Expo Dubai 2020” exhibition.
Abdel Rahman expected that a large number of Egyptian customers, Arabs and other nationalities will attend the exhibition, especially that more than 2,000 customers expressed their desire to attend the exhibition till now.
