Marota Developments negotiates with major construction companies to build Mastro project at New Capital
Marota Developments, one of the leading real estate development companies, announced negotiating with a number of major contracting companies to execute constructions of Mastro Mall in the most prestigious areas in New Capital’s Downtown.
Tarek Khalil and Ayman Al-Ghafir, owners and founders of Marota Developments, stated that the company seeks to contract with major companies to be successful partners in developing the Mastro mall according to the highest quality and best modern construction techniques in Egypt and the region.
Tarek Khalil said that Marota is currently working on contracting with major local and international companies in all disciplines, which have a strong and successful business history to have a distinctive imprint in the New Capital market.
Khalil added that the company seeks to compete with an unprecedented real estate product in Egypt, characterized by quality, sophistication and luxury, while adhering to the highest local and international standards and specifications, as well as adhering to building conditions set by the Egypt’s Ministry of Housing and Administrative Capital for Urban Development company.
Mastro is a fully commercial project spans over 5,250 square metres, with investments close to EGP 800m.
For his part, Ayman Al-Ghafir stated that the company chose a distinguished location for the Mastro project in the best area of the Downtown, which is considered an investment treasure in the New Capital, and the best investment destination for citizens due to the region’s engineering and architectural diversity and unprecedented services.
Al-Ghafir pointed out that the company contracted with major consultants to design and construct the project, most notably Sabbour Consulting to supervise construction works of the project, Raef Fahmi Architects as the consultant designer, and Benaa Consulting Group as the consultant for construction design, and HTCO consulting office, designer for electromechanical works and MEP
