Zayed attributed the campaign’s success to the simplicity of its design and addressing the Egyptian and Arab client, and added that the public’s reactions to the campaign started from the first day of the campaign’s launch
In the same context, Islam Saeed, director of visual identity and technical director of Leopard Construction and Development, said that he relied in his design of the company’s out door campaign on the minimal design school, which is characterized by its simplicity, lack of elements and clarity for the target customer, especially since the out door design is general and especially the real state. It depends on showing the message directly and clearly, in no less than 3 seconds and no more than 10 seconds inside the car, so the arrival of the message to the customer is the goal of the advertisement and evidence of its success
The artistic director at Leopard explained that the out-door designs for the real estate sector do not need the designer to be an artist as much as they need those who find a solution to the problem of delivering the message clearly and quickly to the target recipient of the advertisement
Adding that building the brand and visual identity of the company was not easy because the visual identity of the Leopard campaign relied on 3 main colors, each with its own significance, The white color indicates the integrity and credibility of the company, and the black color expresses the strength and stability of the company, which all real estate development companies should enjoy, in addition to the gray color, which indicates the great history and experience of Leopard.
It is reported that Leopard Construction and Development has recently launched its latest project, Cairo Cannes, whose name was chosen through its engineering design inspired by the French city of Cannes, and is located on the main road to the new city of Heliopolis, on an area of 34 acres, and includes (1000 units) Residential – commercial mall – social and sports club), and the first phase of the project will be delivered in 2024
