Gates Developments is nearing completion West Gate project construction in 6th of October City
Gates Developments announced the imminent completion of construction works of West Gate project in 6th of October City with construction rate exceeded 80%.
Director of Sales at Gates Developments Hatem Adel said that West Gate project is an administrative, commercial, medical project, located in the heart of 6th of October City, west Cairo. Spanning over 4 acres, West Gate comprises more than 208 units with various sizes.
Adel added that the company has begun constructions of the project by the end of 2020, noted that the first phase will be delivered by the end of this year.
He pointed out that the project will be fully operated in mid-2023, added that the company has cooperated with a group of distinctive brands in the project, including one of the largest hypermarkets, “Fathallah Hypermarket”, which is the first presence of the famous chain of stores in 6th of October City.
He elaborated that the West Gate is an integrated mixed-use development similar to Espana plaza project, which the company is developing in Sheikh Zayed City, west Cairo. Espana plaza is a medical administrative commercial project includes a bouquet of foremost brands, through which the company seeks to provide integrated services to residents of Sheikh Zayed City.
Espana plaza project is being built on an area of 14,250 sqm in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City, from the entrance to Zayed 4. The project includes four integrated commercial, administrative and medical service buildings, he disclosed.
The project is characterized by a unique location overlooking one of the most important squares of Sheikh Zayed on the main Al Bustan Street.
The company’s sales director explained that the trial operation of the mall was conducted at the beginning of this year, and it is planned to be fully operated in mid-2022.
The project includes a bunch of major brands and restaurants, in addition to Metro hypermarket, which has already started operating, Adel revealed, stressed the importance of market studies to determine business that each region needs, which guarantees renewable investment returns for owners of shops and the company that owns the project.
