Accordingly, the company\u2019s board is keen on existing in distinctive areas, namely in New Zayed City to introduce distinctive projects that leave a strong imprint on customers.<br \/>\nEFID Developments\u2019 shareholders includes a number of major investors with experiences exceeding 25 years in many investment sectors and multiple markets, which ensures it strong know-hows and capabilities, he elaborated.<br \/>\n\u201cThe company has already begun to develop an investment strategy that guarantees the company a unique position in local real estate market and in the west Cairo region in particular,\u201d he said. \u201cAdditionally, the company has assigned Dr. Abdel Rahman Khalil, a well-known consultant for many economic entities, to set up the corporate foundation structure, choose teamwork, develop a general strategy, as well as, selling and marketing consultancy.\u201d<br \/>\nEFID Developments is based on a clear investment plan and specific channels to implement that plan, besides; the company relies on strong entities and unique expertise in all disciplines within the company to ensure the implementation of that investment plan.
