Tamer Bakeer \u00abRekaz Developments\u00bb CEO stated that the developments which implemented by the government across the whole country provides real investment opportunities, besides, the developments over coastal cities and the state plan to activate those cities all over the year which attracts the investors and clients to these cities.<br \/>\nHe added that \u00abLAZULI\u00bb is an integrated residential touristic project located on 40.000 meters, and the company aims to implement distinctive projects in all its details, starting with choosing the project location, and an innovative architectural design that provides luxury and privacy to its client&#8217;s, referring to the company\u2019s plan to deliver uniqueness to its current and targeted clients all over Egypt &amp; globally.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that experiencing how luxurious life could be by providing the clients with a private community &amp; breathtaking landscape. Not just that, \u201cLAZULI\u201d offers to its clients all the services and facilities they need on a high level to ensure an outstanding residency that includes a Clubhouse, tropical swimming pools, sports track, Gym &amp; Spa, Central Park, Luxury hotel, Business and commercial spaces, High-end shops, paddle tennis and more.
