{"id":4067,"date":"2021-11-14T13:25:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-14T11:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/?p=4067"},"modified":"2021-11-14T13:36:14","modified_gmt":"2021-11-14T11:36:14","slug":"golden-house-launches-the-rio-complex-project-in-new-cairo-with-an-investment-of-600-million-pounds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/en\/4067\/","title":{"rendered":"Golden House launches the Rio Complex project in New Cairo with an investment of 600 million pounds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Golden House<\/strong><\/em> Real Estate Investment Company announced the launch of its &#8220;Rio Complex&#8221; project, the most distinguished place in the city of New Cairo, with a medical administrative activity with an investment of 600 million pounds.<br \/>\nHady Shandy, chairman of the Golden House Real Estate Investment Company, said that the project is built on an area of 1,600 square meters and includes about 4,600 meters of sales area with a total of 108 diverse units in a distinctive location in the new city of Cairo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4011 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-11-13-at-5.42.08-PM-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-11-13-at-5.42.08-PM-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-11-13-at-5.42.08-PM-768x513.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-11-13-at-5.42.08-PM.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><br \/>\nHe explained that the new city of Cairo is witnessing an increasing demand for projects with service activities, because it included a large investment return in light of the high rate of works in the city and the shortage of commercial, administrative and medical projects.<br \/>\nHe added that the &#8220;Rio Complex&#8221; project includes 108 units of various areas that meet the requirements of various activities starting from 31 square meters. The project is implemented in one stage.
