The tower is consist of Administrative, Commercial units as well as branded Hotel apartments.<br \/>\nEl-Domyati also added that the project is characterized by achieving a great and guaranteed return on investment in one of the most important vital centers in the New Capital, in front of the iconic tower, and minutes away from the City of Culture and Science and the International Sports City.<br \/>\nHe revealed that Time Hotels is a global brand that has a global presence in international tourism platforms, and has a strong spread that facilitates renting the unit to the client, and guarantees its return. Moreover, the client benefits from the outstanding credibility and distinctive reputation enjoyed by both Nakheel Developments and Time Hotel Management.<\/p>\n<p>Time Hotels will provide many facilities and benefits to unit owner which are including 24-hour security, concierge services and catering services, complete maintenance of the building, and possibility of renting units on behalf of unit owner, which bringing a recurring return to the customer.
