{"id":7817,"date":"2022-01-16T11:55:08","date_gmt":"2022-01-16T09:55:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/?p=7817"},"modified":"2022-01-16T11:55:08","modified_gmt":"2022-01-16T09:55:08","slug":"nakheel-developments-reveals-progress-in-its-two-projects-in-the-new-administrative-capital-during-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/en\/7817\/","title":{"rendered":"Nakheel Developments&#8221; reveals progress in its two projects in the New Administrative Capital during 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Nakheel<\/strong> Developments revealed its most prominent achievements during 2021, which included launching the &#8220;Trio V Tower&#8221; project and the &#8220;Double Two Tower&#8221; project in the New Administrative Capital, and achieving outstanding implementation and marketing rates in both projects during the past year.<\/p>\n<p>Sherif El Domyati, Head of Commercial Sector at Nakheel Developments, said that the company launched the &#8220;Trio V Tower&#8221; project last year, which is located on an area of \u200b\u200b7,000 square meters, with constructions on 2,100 square meters, equivalent to 30% of the project total area, explaining that the project consists of a ground floor and 14 floors.<\/p>\n<p>He added that about 80% of the project was marketed by the end of 2021, the excavation work in the project was completed, and project licenses were obtained among the preparations for the beginning of implementation during the current year, stressing the importance of accelerating implementation rates to reduce the effects of the inflationary wave and the expected rise in prices in the cost of implementation.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that the project is planned to be delivered within 3 and a half years, and Muharram Bakhum&#8217;s office is the project consultant with previous successful experience for huge projects, cooperating with the MRB Facility management consultant to manage the project.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the &#8220;Double Two Tower&#8221; project was launched during the second half of 2021, and it is an Administrative\u060c Commercial unit, and Hotel Apartment project, located on a total area of 9000 square meters, as the commercial part occupies the ground and first floors on an area of \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b4000 square meters per floor, representing about 45% of the total area of \u200b\u200bthe project, and the rest of the floors on an area of \u200b\u200b1350 square meters for each floor, representing 15% of the total area of \u200b\u200bthe project.<br \/>\nHe pointed out that the palletizing works and leveling the project land are in progress, and about 30% of the project was marketed by end of the last year, and the company has contracted with many powerful entities to be present within the project, as it contracted with ( Mimar Architecture &amp; Engineering &#8211; EFS for Facilities Services &#8211; Time Hotels ) to implement a project that integrates all the elements of excellence.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that the company shared in several important real estate exhibitions to communicate with its customers directly and follow up on market developments, as the exhibitions are part of the marketing mechanisms that relied upon in marketing real estate projects, as the company was shared in the &#8220;Asemat Al Amal&#8221; exhibition, &#8220;EPIS&#8221; exhibition, and outside Egypt, the company shared in &#8220;Hazi Misr&#8221; exhibition in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nakheel Developments revealed its most prominent achievements during 2021, which included launching the &#8220;Trio V Tower&#8221; project and the &#8220;Double Two Tower&#8221; project in the New Administrative Capital, and achieving outstanding implementation and marketing rates in both projects during the past year.
