Constructa is one of the first companies to invest in the Administrative Capital with one of the most important commercial projects, which is “The Walk Mall”, that is a commercial – administrative – medical mall located in MU-23, between R2 and R3, which regarded as the best densely populated residential areas with high population rate, which reaches 250 thousand people.<\/p>\n

The area on which the project is located is only 10 minutes away from the Fifth Settlement and the Suez Road, 200 meters from the Green River area, near the business district, the Smart Village, the Knowledge Village, and the Mohammed bin Zayed axis.<\/p>\n

The Walk offers its clients a set of unique services, starting with the central park, to the buildings that reflect the modern lifestyle and blend with nature, to the multi-purpose hall, the VIP hall, digital displays, theaters, and all other activities.
