It is considered as continuity to Modon Developments significance since it started its work in the Egyptian market last year; as it launched a number of distinctive projects in NAC which distinguished by creative designs and matching with client\u2019s needs from all over the world.<br \/>\nFor his part, Modon Developments CEO Ahmed Osama said that the company\u2019s mindset is built on Egyptian, Emirati and Kuwaiti expertises with over 30 years of experience in the building and construction field.<br \/>\nOsama added that the company had implemented around 80 projects and residential compounds in Egypt, and also had built various projects in the UAE and Kuwait.<br \/>\nHe noted that Modon Developments will launch the administrative part of \u201cGreen River Tower\u201d project this March.<br \/>\nHe elaborated that the five stars hotel tower is built over 60,000 sqm, with the height of 30 stories and is considered as the largest on the Green River.<br \/>\nIt comprises administrative and commercial units and will be operated by a number of the leading hotel management companies.<br \/>\nHe revealed that the time frame of implementing the project is four years; meanwhile the company is planning to start the delivery process before the time scheduled for contracting, according to its serious and committed policy.<br \/>\nHe disclosed that the phase to be finished this month at the administrative part of project is built over 15,000 sqm, while the total area of the administrative part is over 20,000 sqm.<br \/>\nThe Modon Developments CEO said that the office areas varied from 35 to 1000 sqm, to comply with all the companies needs.<br \/>\nHe added that the commercial part of the project is built over 13,000 sqm, and 20,000 sqm for the residential.<br \/>\nHe disclosed that Modon Developments seeks to attract the international trademarks and brands to the project which was designed under the supervision of senior specialists at DMA for Designs and Engineering Consultancy, which has a great experience in designing mega projects in Egypt and the Middle East.<br \/>\nModon Developments implemented other four projects in the new capital, among them the \u201cCentral Iconic Tower\u201d is the first hotel in the Central Business District and built over 4104 sqm with height of 18 stories.<br \/>\nThe total investment of the project is EGP 1bn.<br \/>\nModon Developments owns lands in NAC and New Alamein City.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9921 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/5feee3de-cf3d-4e5e-bf01-43ccf7c2d33d-240x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/5feee3de-cf3d-4e5e-bf01-43ccf7c2d33d-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/5feee3de-cf3d-4e5e-bf01-43ccf7c2d33d-819x1024.jpg 819w, https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/5feee3de-cf3d-4e5e-bf01-43ccf7c2d33d-768x960.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/5feee3de-cf3d-4e5e-bf01-43ccf7c2d33d-1229x1536.jpg 1229w, https:\/\/aqartrendeg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/5feee3de-cf3d-4e5e-bf01-43ccf7c2d33d.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Modon Developments announced its readiness to launch \u201cGreen River Tower\u201d, the largest hotel tower on the Green River in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) with a total investment of over EGP 4.5bn.
