Marota Developments to introduce new units of Mastro Mall at New Capital after Eid Al-Fitr

Marota Developments, one of the major real estate companies, has announced its intention to launch a new package of units within Mastro Mall project after Eid Al-Fitr.
Tarek Khalil and Ayman Al-Ghafir, owners and founders of Marota Developments, said that the company is working to keep pace with all needs of the market. Consequently, Marota is preparing to launch a distinctive package of units of the Mastro Mall with various spaces and specifications that meet aspirations of customers.
Tarek Khalil stressed that the company seeks to leave a strong imprint in New Administrative Capital market, by offering a real estate product with highly competitive advantages.
Khalil pointed out that the Mastro Mall covers an area of 5,250 sqm and19,000 sqm built-up area, with investments close to EGP 800m. It includes two basements, a ground floor and five floors.

Ayman Al-Ghafir said that the company provides many facilities and payment methods to customers in proportion to their needs and their financial and investment capabilities.
Al-Ghafir added, “The Mastro Mall is located in the heart of Downtown in the New Capital, in front of the largest hospital and international university, and next to Almasa Hotel.
He stressed that investing in New Capital is witnessing a great demand by Arabs and Egyptians, added, “It is a promising project that has unprecedented opportunities, especially in light of construction boom that has been achieved on the ground, and has attracted the attention of many investors around the world.”
Mastro Mall includes the largest food court area with the finest restaurants and cafes, as well as a children’s recreational area, central air conditioning covering all parts of the mall, advanced firefighting systems, lighting control systems, and green spaces distributed in a distinctive geometric shape.
